GROUP TRAINING CLASSES INFO
Our Group Training class is a medium-high intensity, full-body, 50min workout.
Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up, trainer led functional training routine,
and ends with a cool-down stretch.
​
Group Training participants are recommended to arrive hydrated and ready for higher-intensity training class.
