YOGA SMALL GROUP SERIES INFO
Each worship style Yoga Small Group Series is designed to dive a little deeper into the meaning and intention behind the practice of yoga. Within each 4 week series, your yoga journey will progress through a main focus of the body. Each session is 50min in length, and is considered a full-body practice for all levels. Our instructors specialize in tailoring each session to the group's unique needs, learning the qualities of each participant's physical ability and offering challenges and modifications for a full potential experience.
