YOGA CLASSES INFO



Each Yoga Class is designed to dive a little deeper into the meaning and intention behind the practice of yoga. Within each class, your yoga journey will progress through a main focus of the body. Each session is 60min in length, and is considered a full-body practice for all levels. Our instructors specialize in tailoring each session to the group's unique needs, learning the qualities of each participant's physical ability and offering challenges and modifications for a full potential experience. 

 

Our Yoga Classes are offered on weekend mornings only, at 9am.
VERDE Yoga is room temperature (not hot), comfortable yet cozy at 70-73 ℉.

Yoga participants are required to bring their own mat to class.

Mats are available for purchase in the studio.
