YOGA CLASSES INFO
Each worship style Yoga Class is designed to dive a little deeper into the meaning and intention behind the practice of yoga. Within each class, your yoga journey will progress through a main focus of the body. Each session is 50min in length, and is considered a full-body practice for all levels. Our instructors specialize in tailoring each session to the group's unique needs, learning the qualities of each participant's physical ability and offering challenges and modifications for a full potential experience. We have capacity to accommodate 10 participants in each class per "Phase 2 Healthy Washington". For more information about our health and safety standards, visit our Health + Safety webpage.
